Tomato Avocado Toast:

Ingredients:

·         1 slice of bread (any kind will do)

·         1/2 avocado

·         1 small tomato

·         Salt and pepper to taste

·         Optional: a few sprigs of fresh herbs (such as basil or cilantro)

Instructions:

1.      Toast the bread until it is crispy and golden brown.

2.      While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado and tomato into thin slices.
